Quest International, Inc. (Irvine, CA, USA), a global information technology (IT) solutions and supply chain services organization, has signed an authorized channel partner agreement with Carestream Health, Inc. (Rochester, NY, USA) for their picture archiving and communication system (PACS), radiology information system (RIS), mammography systems, and e-Health managed services.

"This positions Quest as one of the select North American channel partners in representing Carestream's cost-effective health IT solutions to suit any size facility--breast clinic, hospital, imaging center, or multisite enterprise," said Bill Greenblatt, vice president of sales for Quest International. As Carestream's solutions are designed to help simplify and streamline patient care and productivity, we are particularly excited to be demonstrating the new Carestream PACS Mammography Solution at this year's annual meeting of the Radiological Society of North America [RSNA]," said Greenblatt.

"Carestream's system architecture and flexible workflow solution is configurable and available as a standalone solution, yet still compatible with other PACS and Mammography modalities," said Pasha Arshadi, director, IT business solutions for Quest International. "The scalable mammography solution allows a Radiologist or technician to efficiently view, manage, and store digital mammography images from computed radiography [CR], full-field digital mammography [FFDM], and other modalities. This will allow Quest to offer turnkey solutions that dramatically improve the quality and cost of care," said Mr. Arshadi. "Becoming a Carestream channel partner is a testament to Quest's experience in the Healthcare market and our IT knowledgebase. Furthermore, this will allow Quest to expand upon the IT solution services that we have been providing to the Healthcare industry for the last 28 years."

Carestream Health is an international company providing medical and dental imaging systems and information technology solutions; molecular imaging systems; and nondestructive testing products to a broad base of customers worldwide.
